This program just keeps getting better. The latest version now supports "Private Browsing" which, when turned on, won't keep any browser history, search history, download history, web form history, cookies, or temporary internet files. However, files you download and bookmarks you make will be kept.

When you need to record a lot of information into a single tiny cell, simply type all the required data, click Enter (or press Return), and click the cell again. Then go to Format > Cells > Alignment, choose Wrap Text, and click OK.

Summary: Type the name of any of the seven days into your document, and Word automatically makes sure it is capitalized. This is done by the AutoCorrect feature, and you can turn it on or off, as desired. (This tip works with Microsoft Word 97, Word 2000, Word 2002, Word 2003, and Word 2007.)

Use this to insert YouTube videos into a PowerPoint slide. All you need to do is to provide the YouTube video URL that appears in the browser address bar, the rest is taken care of by the YTV Wizard.

Note: YouTube videos are streamed so a live internet connection is required to playback the video during the slideshow. Use the free FlashBack add-in to play/rewind the YouTube video automatically.

That's the idea behind WebNotes, which adds a virtual highlighter and sticky notes to your browsing experience.

The ability to select multiple file attachments simultaneously when attaching files to Gmail messages was recently implemented by Google. If you’re using Windows and want to add more than one file attachment, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting each file. If you’re using a Mac, hold down the Cmd (Apple) key. You’ll also see a nifty progress bar while the attachment(s) load(s).

Also, Google has upped the maximum file attachment size to 25 megabytes (that’s a heapin’ 5 mb more than before) for Gmail.
